Concept and ColorLed the development of the Essentials Shop for a fast-fashion brand, addressing the need for a core offering that attracts a diverse customer base. Implemented a strategic approach to seasonal essentials, ensuring a consistent yet dynamic assortment with a focus on mix-and-match versatility. Developed color palettes and material selections that enhance wardrobe building and inspire effortless everyday outfits, from weekday to weekend.
Key ItemsDeveloped a comprehensive range of key items, including a core collection of classic sweats in various fits (classic, relaxed, oversized) and bottom styles (jogger, straight, baggy). Established foundational pieces such as classic cotton tees, rib knit tops, and core sweat sets. Introduced seasonal updates to the key item assortment, incorporating layering sweaters, fashion-forward sweat sets with unique washes, and woven jackets such as varsity jackets, nylon jackets, and a trench coat.


MaterialsSeasonally appropriate material selection is key to the success of the Essentials Shop. The collection strategically utilizes materials like french terry  for pre-spring and spring collections, offering a light and breathable option for warmer weather. Moving into colder months, fleece becomes the core material, providing warmth and comfort. For a touch of luxury, brushed hacci ribs are incorporated for a soft hand feel, and washed quilted fabrics are utilized for a refined look in jackets.
